twopacks voice sounds different because he is younger in the song. its pre-deathrow, around the time of Ghetto Gospel.

I know its pre-deathrow, Im not talking about his vocals, I know how he sounded before deathrow, but if you listen carefully to the hook the song sounds speed up and squished up, if don't believe me get windows media player slow to 9.000 the hook sounds more reasonable. Also the song sounds normal,just judge it like you neva heard it before becuase yall probably use to the song going fast
