Four episodes have aired, and so far into it I'm super thrilled. It's shaping up to be the best season so far (imo).

i stopped watching mid-episode 2 because it was painful to watch. it was so embarrassingly corny and badly written.

since the first episode i've felt like i had to accept certain things being corny and other things being a little far-fetched. i always thought it was weird how there's one serial-killer after the next, and they all have these quirks and "rituals." i loved season 2 and that season didn't really have a big bad super-villain like most of the rest. it was more about exploring dexter's life and the repercussions of what he does. then there was the season with miguel which i didn't really like even though it had the same thing going, and now there's this last season where so far i'm liking where it's headed.
