i think this is 2pac at his best when he clearly states the problems that need to be resolved, in this case he he's showing us the probs with gang violence, its like when he talks about brenda's got a baby, he says he did that song so you know how bad it is out there....

IMO very similar to the lyrics above...the only real part of the track what would make me think about his death is at the end where hes talking...but that could be 2pac talking about how he's looking back now because he's at the top ...
