how did Afeni earn all the rights to 2pac's songs. Most of 2pac's songs where recorded while he was signed to Death Row, so wouldnt all his tracks belong to that label? What was Afeni's argument that won her rights to all those tracks? I know Pac got fucked over as far as getting paids concerned, but i dont think she used that claim to win...did she?

I think Pac siged a 3 album deal with death row. And once that was fulfilled, his songs were up for grabs? I'm not really sure either.
