When was this track recorded? I really don't have a clue. Dope song, this is a song that could be released on the new album
Meant for 2Pacalypse Now.

I do not think so. I was told it was recorded in while he was a teenager and living in The Jungle.

it doesn't sound at all similar to his style from the Lost Tapes album

On the album The Here After it says that it was recorded in his days in Marin City but I dont know for sure

Yeah he mentions Marin in the lyrics so it's from that era.

"I'm the menace of Marin, Ive killed I'll kill again"

I was told (i forget who by, but they know what theyre talking about) that this song was one of the first songs tupac ever recorded. but i never believed him, simply because of the lyrical content.

that doesn't mean its from that "era", that just means 2pac mentions he's from that area

The Here After cd booklet is full of shit, they said Assassin was dead for christ sakes, why would anyone think its reliable in this case? They made the info up...

Yeah but he also says in the lyrics

"The coppers will get dropped, so tell them not to fuck with me
if Oakland gets to hot, I'm headed for Marin City"

So you can pretty much assume he was living in Marin and Oakland at the time.

so 2pac must've recorded Let THem Thangs Go in his high school years because he mentions Oakland in that song too, right?

It was 90/91 most likely
