whats the best way to do it? without marking the screen.

With a microfiber cloth. Sprinkle a little bit of water on it but then clean the panel with a dry one. Just don't use too much force at any point. It's better to make a bunch more moves than to push harder.

There are also special LCD cleaning detergents but you will most probably not need them.
