Chris Rock names 2Pac's Rap Phenomenon 2 #3 Hip-Hop album of all time

I bought Rap Phenomenon 2 when it came out, and since then I have been getting emails from other mixtapes that DJ Vlad and the gang have done. However, I got a very interesting one a short while ago. It shows a Rolling Stone article, that says that RP2 is the #3 Hip-Hop album ever. Apparently, Chris Rock did the picks. Here's the link:

NWA's "Straight Outta Compton" was #1, Snoop's "Doggystyle" was #2, and Run DMC's "Raising Hell" was #4.

The only good blends on that album were done by DJ Green Lantern. Vlad and Dirty Harry are terrible, 95% of their blends (not just on RP2 but other tapes as well) are so off-beat it's as if I mixed them. And I'm no DJ.
