that was a posthomus track.. i believe that in the production of alot of songs after he died they just threw in alot of lil clips of him saying shit to just make the song sound better, u kno.. like lil fillers... ex. the beginning of upper-cut... thats taken from an interview or something i believe, maybe a speech of public statement, not saying the clip in catchin feelins was sapled from an interview, thats obvious... but the idea is the same... if im wrong bout this then maybe there is some sort of story about what he says in the beginning of that song, but i dont know..

i just read what i wrote and i did kinda sound like i was saying that they make up lil clips and have pacs voice sound like hes really sayin em... what i meant was theyll take lil segments of interviews and/or public speeches or whatever and add them as lil fillers in songs... ex. the beginning of upper cut
