Tone Capone said:Hey If you took it as an insult, maybe you got a guilty conscience...
Tone Capone said:Whoa! Don't get all butt hurt sister. If you think I've insulted you, you have llived a very charmed life...
The US military were not willing to put any of their personnel at "risk" had their help been asked. This is nothing short of treacherous since Britain has stood by America every step of the way since 9/11 & has lost a lot for doing so.
Morris said:You've taken a rather meaningless directive and extrapolated it to "treacherous?"
Keeping the US military out of London until order was restored was sensible. In the meantime, American intelligence resources were assisting Britain in figuring out what happened; the military members couldn't be of any assistance in any capacity anyway.
And in the wake of the attacks and the ensuing pandemonium, what sense did it make to go into London? Do you think people were heading into New York City at 9 am on 9/11?
Regardless, calling this treachery is absolutely delusional. The US took the same steps and issued the same statements standing by Britain that the British did 4 years earlier. It's not like British soldiers are stationed in the United States so an equivalent or comparison is baseless anyway.
I just can't believe this argument. It's grasping at straws.
CalcuoCuchicheo said:I'm saying that they should've been prepared to do so if & when they were asked........but they weren't.
Tone Capone said:What exactly do you base that on??!?! NOTHING because the fact of the matter is, the US military in the UK was/ has been/ and still is ready to go where they are asked. You keep on talking about shit that you have no idea about.
Why don't you find something else to whine about ma'am?
CalcuoCuchicheo said:Unless by "ready to go" you mean get on a plane back to the US, then you're indeed wrong.
The whole drama over the order is it prohibited what the US military personnel could do.
CalcuoCuchicheo said:Wow, you failed to elaborate on the "ready to go" thing AND still managed to ignore the thread topic.....not to mention you still find time to try & insult me - astounding.
Tone Capone said:Just like you failed to show how the US military wasn't "ready to go" fool. You are the one bringing accusations, the burden of proof is on you idiot. Besides, I know the truth because unlike you I see what goes on here everyday and I know FIRST HAND what the real story is. Now if you want to keep ranting and raving like a punk who got his ass kicked in school all his life and now he's mad at the world, keep it up, but no one is taking you seriously... STUPID.

LOL!!!
Wow you truly are ignorant. You lose an argument because you can't back up any of your cries with fact and you threaten to cry to mama because you got butt hurt?!?! You make me laugh. I'm wondering, are you this much of a pansy in real life or so you save it for the boards? It's funny watching you grab for straws. What's next?
ps. I'm not "obliged" to do anything. That's yet ANOTHER instance of you talking about shit you have no clue about.
CalcuoCuchicheo said:I am ignorant?? You are the one who believes I should be able to comment on that which hasn't been identified. If you'd explain what "ready to go" means - at the third time of asking - perhaps I could comment. Until you do, I can't. And you take this is an act of defeat. Oh well.....
Why can't you just stop the bullshit? Seriously, it might get you brownie points on other boards, but not so much on this board & definitely not in THIS section.
And yes you are "obliged" to die. Everyone & everything is. The only difference is, you increase your chances if you join the military.
If you think you're immortal, however, that's another matter.
Tone Capone said:HAHAHA!!! You are a joke!
AGAIN (for such an idiot as yourself) by ready to go that means, had the US military been asked for assistance (which they weren't) they would have gladly came right over. Since there was NO NEED for military assistance from the US, and the US wasn't asked, they followed COMMON SENSE (I'm not sure you've heard of it) and said "Until we find out what's going on, stay away from there". Hopefully that clears things up for you... fool.
and PS. (or should I say P.O.S.?) It's hilarious watching you get all worked up over something you know NOTHING about.
OWNED!
CalcuoCuchicheo said:The US military were prohibited from doing anything. So how exactly were they "ready to go"?
As much as you like to profess how I'm the the one not "getting it" in this situation, it appears you are as much as, if not more, at fault for this miscommunication. I can only think that you're line of thinking is that by me saying they weren't "ready to go", I meant the US military were sitting around drunk watching "the game" or in a similar non-chalant state. This is not what I meant or mean. I meant & mean as they were not willing to go, they were not "ready to go".
And perhaps before you insult my intelligence, you would learn about sentence construction & the like so as not to keep repeating your schoolboy errors. Also, to use "OWNED" here implies childishness.
Tone Capone said:How many more times do I need to explain this to you?!?! Are you really that dense? You do speak English right? The military wasn't asked for help. Had they been asked for help they would have been right there. They weren't, so the ONLY SMART THING TO DO was tell the troops "stay away from there until we find out what's going on". Why are you so stupid that you can't understand that?!?! IDIOT! And now you can see that your arguments and you bitching and moaning don't make any sense so you are trying to diss my sentence construstion?!?! LOL! You need to get out and meet people, maybe a nice girl (or guy... who knows what you are in to?) could settle you down, you obviously got some issues from being picked on too much.
ps. No one takes you seriously, you are so OWNED!
