Bone Thugs-N-Harmony Hit With $280,000 Lawsuit

According to TMZ, rap group Bone Thugs-N-Harmony are being sued for not showing up for a scheduled performance in Washington last year.

The rappers were said to have been paid by the owners of Tacoma Jazz, a local basketball team, but for whatever reason, did not show up.

“The defendants breached the agreement by failing to show up and perform – [they] neither canceled the engagement nor returned any monies paid under the contract,” the lawsuit reads. “The plaintiff has since that time done everything in its power to settle this matter without any good faith response by the defendants.”

Plaintiffs are also asking to be compensated for attorney fees and for relief.

In related news, all members of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony have reunited once again and are currently working on their upcoming album, titled Uni 5.

A release date for the album is yet to be announced.
