Why even give credence to bottom-feeders like this? It's because we live in America that Muslims get to build a mosque where they like. There was a prayer room in the world trade center. Maybe people don't realize that. The Muslim community isn't trying to put it in anyone's face. They're just asserting their rights as Americans, as they did before, and as they will continue to be allowed to do because of the country we live in. There are churches in hospitals that people do not find offensive. Is it because they've been there and always will be? Isn't the same for people who practice their own faith: they exist and they always will. Does burning the Quran lead them to believe they can take down an entire religion because, "oh maybe this is their big chance." I think not. Even if the community center does not get built, Muslims will not cease in existense.
