Beyonce Knowles’ designer mom Tina sparked fears for her health on Tuesday night when an ambulance was called to the singer/actress’ trailer on the set of Cadillac Records.
Tina Knowles had joined the "Ring The Alarm" superstar on location in New Jersey when she began to experience shortness of breath due to a bout of influenza - the same symptoms suffered by a sick Janet Jackson Monday.
Paramedics arrived on the scene minutes before midnight on Tuesday and while the emergency medical technicians (EMT) refused to comment to waiting paparazzi about who they were called out to treat, TMZ.com claims Beyonce’s dad Matthew confirmed it was Tina who needed attention, not his famous daughter.
Tina was checked over by the EMTs and despite high blood pressure, her condition was not thought serious enough to transport her to local hospital.
