No, he rarely does it on purpose.
Being funny is not a good reason to like a politician. Politicians should be perpetually unhappy & weary because they are (or should be) the most aware of the plight in this world.
In an ideal world, we'd be happy & they'd have to humble us with the truth of how far we've yet to go, & tell us how we can make a better world.
Instead, they get caught on Swedish TV joking about how they don't know how they got elected....
