Antennagate ain't over, Samsung and Motorola respond, too - GSMArena.com news

Yeah, I could SIM-unlock it and do that. Chances are I will want to be with Verizon once I get to the US though. But if I get a high-end phone, I'll probably still be able to sell it for a decent price once I get there. I'm basically just weighing up my options right now. If I can get a good deal on a Galaxy S I might do that, but I'd really like something with a QWERTY.

I KNEW IT!!! VZW....

When does the VZW Galaxy S come out?

Damn. Beat me to it. For my own ego, I'll post it again.

HTC Vision headed to T-Mobile in new spy shot, dubbed G1 Blaze? -- Engadget

G1 Blaze? Kinda weird moniker for a two year old device.

I guess if you really need the physical keyboard, it's a good buy, but if the MT3 Slide is a good bit cheaper, it may be a better buy. Wirefly may have the MT3 for free on contract, actually. We'll see.

This is separate from the Emerald, right?

oh casey, which reminds me. how is your G1 keyboard? my space bar has been F'd for some time now and i have to press harder on the left hand side to get it to work.

also, i remember you tweeted that you bricked your phone. did you get a replacement or did you not brick it afterall?

LOL!!! Casey bricked his phone? The one person I thought would never do it. Guess we're not all safe after all.

Got the Droid. Gotta say I love everything but the microSD card slot. I gotta pull out the battery every time? That blows.

And fucking VZW sent me a generic VZW charger so it doesn't detach from the plug to reveal the miniUSB cable to go to my computer. Pisses me right off!!

I'll talk to them and see if I can massage some more goodies from them. I figured I'd stop until they told me to fuck off.

I didn't brick my phone. I thought I did for a brief moment, ages ago, but I'd forgotten that flashing a new SPL removes any existing OS completely. I think that's what it was, anyway.

Well, I got the phone and I really like it. Verizon sent me their generic charger for microUSB, which does not detach at the end revealing the USB end to plug into your computer. So I can't root.

Got on the phone and the dude was really nice and had it fixed ASAP. So free OEM Motorola Droid charger as well.

Maybe I should tell them I was promised an Incredible, not some dinky Droid. :hungry:

Wonder how far that would go considering one person on a forum did in fact get one when they allowed him to cancel his contract and keep his Eris and buy a new Incredible at $199 2-year price. Sold the Eris and made a $50 after the Incredible price was factored in.

It's an iPhone or iPod Touch.

You can see something that looks like physical buttons at the bottom of that picture.
Looks a bit like a HTC-ish Motorola - something in between lol. However it's probably neither of them since these icons look different from those that they use.

edit: my mistake, these are probably just icons that belong to some program as that area on the bottom of that picture is most probably still on phone's display, not below it.
