Anyone else excited about this? It looks great imo. Also I'm curious to see how Common will do in a supporting role.

This is the premise:

Set in 1865, the series stars Anson Mount as Cullen Bohannon, a former Confederate soldier who is determined to exact revenge on the Union soldiers who murdered his wife.

What'd you think about the pilot? I thought it was good. I'm definitely hooked from the get go haha.

So, I finally just saw the first episode. Great stuff, going to watch the repeat of episode 2 tonight. I was sceptical seeing Common associated with the show at first, but he's quite good in it.
Something else I noticed, it's nothing big, just a detail... when the Cheyenne (I think it was them) raided the Railroad Surveyors, one of them scalped the guy while he was alive, from what I know, Cheyennes only scalped the dead... not that it matters. lol.
