Tompkins says Fif's attorney Bret Kimmel actually gave her some legal advice in the past, before their current custody battle began, so he's privy to her strategy.
Her lawyer plans to ask a Manhattan judge to remove Kimmel from the case due to conflict of interest, according to TMZ.
Tompkins will also set out to keep Fif from collecting insurance money on the house she once publicly said he burned down.
50 denied the allegation and shot back with a $20 million defamation suit against Tompkins, currently pending.
