Tupac: Live at The House of Blues DVD
Released on: 09/20/2005
Artist: Tupac

Synopsis

Any fan of true art knows that an artist is most alive when he is on stage. Tupac Live At The House of Blues is Tupac’s final recorded performance—eternalized on July 4, 1996 at the House of Blues on the Sunset Strip—and a celebration of his vital musical genius. One of the most respected aspects of Tupac’s grand personality was his absolute sincerity, and Tupac Live... stays true to that legacy: it is a completely honest performance sans censors and retakes. Unlike other Tupac Shakur DVDs that center on the tumultuous facets of his biography, Tupac Live is simply the portrait of an artist in his element: the stage. The performance, the energy and the artistry speak for themselves and further present Tupac as one of the most brilliant entertainers in the history of popular music and a master craftsman of the stage. The supplemental features of Tupac Live expand this representation of his talent: a remix music video version of “How Do You Want It” including concert performance at the Palace Theater in Hollywood and a documentary titled “G-Funk—Just The Music, No Drama,” about the sonic backdrop that inspired and accompanied many of Tupac Shakur’s poetic verses. Tupac Live is a fitting coda to Tupac’s legacy of brilliant performance before he moved on to immortality.

The DPG / Snoop part better be on the DVD or else it ain't worth shit. We've already seen the whole concert and 2pac's part ain't all that. They should release another concert caus this is getting boring, every fuckin DVD contains footage of this concert so it's time for something new. The Dogg Food release performance in club 622 was pac's first Death Row performance , i rather see that than this over and over again.

Well some people (like myself) havent seen the full concert so its worth it for some, plus most DVD's only have visual and no audio so its definately worth it for those who have yet to see the whole thing.
