When Pacs Givin A Interview In Jail And Hes Raping Can I Get Away, Who's That A Picture Of Behind Him?

If it's the pictue i'm thinkin of then it's Robert "Yummy"Sandifer. Belonged to the black disciples, shot and killed a 14 year old girl (he was 11),He was then murdered by members of his own gang because of the attention that he drew to the gang from the police. Pretty sure that's him,but i'm not 100% sure.

yeah that was him, 'pac mentioned him many times like on "Young Niggas" and in that very prison interview
I wonder who had the photo put up there...obviously it was a messsge to people to make them think, but was it always in that room put up there by the prison or did Tupac ask for it to be put up for this interview or what?
