all i have to say is, bow down bitches!

this is the new generation skyline. since it was never sold in the states due to standards and other bull shit about it not being safe because you could purchase the car straight from th dealer with 500hp, the states will finaly see this car. i cant wait.

a v6 with 450hp. this car is going to own.

absolute machine of a car. looks like a better verson of the 350z. my mate owns a R32 GTR and that thing runs like flat 12s over the 1/4 mile with mild work done to it.

this new one is going to be something special.

forget that bullshit. all about euro, fuck rice.

Fool. Rice is bolting huge exhaust tips to 100hp Civics. We're talking about the Skyline here. Everything about the R32, R33 and R34 were geared towards performance and i have little doubt the same goes for the new version.

This is supposed to get a V6, right? Nothing against V6's, though i liked the 2.6 straight six TT setup of the other Skylines.

my bad i forgot to mention its a twin turbo v6 or something like

its rumored to be a 3.7 liter v6 twin turbo. its supposed to have some electric work to spin the turbos so theres less lag. the expected horsepower is 450bhp. like every other skyline, they will probably be using the famous attessa awd system.

Does anybody know how much a car like this might go for?

AT LEAST $60,000.

They said it was competing with the new corvettes and even the 911's, so I'd think between 60-90k

its heavy for 60k there is a full aspirated HAND BUILT motor corvette already out with 500 hp, u just wish people bought it because there is no guy with wallet big enough that would spend 60k on a NISSAN.

just think about its no a ricer game its about 60 grand and not every one wants to ppull 60 grand on a NISSAN. it aint a corvette or 911 which sells 30-35k cars a year.

i think it might be called the infinti gtr, and im sure people would pay that much for an infiniti. thats the problem with americans though, they pay big money for names. for example, honda had to bring the nsx as an acura because americans wouldnt pay over 100k for a honda. and the same thing will happen with this. japan isnt as close minded and know the capabilities of all the cars.

but thats a 7.0 liter engine. i would expect for it to make alot of horsepower. this is going 3.7 liter engine making 450hp which is still impressive. believe me some people do have big enough wallets to buy it. ever been to supraforums.com, alot of them have the money along with all the guys who spent around 100k to import a skyline.

so, people spend 70k on a chevy and 150k on a ford. dont forget its a skyline, they have plenty of racing history. my point is name doesnt mean shit. id still drive the ford gt, and its still a ford. id drive a corvette and its still gm. id definetely pay 60k for this even if it was a nissan. because itll still perform good. same way id rock a nsx and a mustang, despite where they come from
