this is the post from the bushido forum: Eko Fresh hat folgendes geschrieben::
ich habe die rechte das teil rauszubringen, savas und asassin könnten sich auch von mir aus gegenseitig in den arsch ficken
I heard a rumor that someone from ZYX sold it to him the ones who made the bootleg THE HERE AFTER but i second that for the fact they never had the instrumental version it was only released only on the 12 inch wax and available mostly in JAPAN and on ebay.

That's possible... Cause I don't think Eko is a thief or something, he thinks that he has the rights to release it. But on the other side, the song was only released on a mixtape... Everybody's doing remixes of tracks and put it on mixtapes...
I don't know for real, I've never seen the mixtape in a store...
Eko runs German Dream Entertainment but I don't know if he released the mixtape with a major distribution company.
The street album was released by Bushidos label Ersguterjunge/ Universal. We have recieved a copy from them to write an online review about the item.. and I saw it few days ago in a Media Markt which is the largest cd/ dvd store in Germany.

In Germany, doing a mixtape or remixing tracks without having the permission or licence is not a legal move but it's not prosecuted like the illegal sharing of copyright protected songs and mp3s yet.
