2 PAC/OUTLAWZ/VARIOUS - The Outlaws Of Comedy

I have been to a shopping mall this morning and I found an album by Pac and the Lawz called "The Outlaws Of Comedy".
I never heard of it before. Do you have any information on this cd?

it has german rappers featuring, and it is from a german record label... i dont see pac on the list, so why is he on the front? i smell a bootyleg
