no i dont think he did. as far as i know Juventus came in with a loan bid and it was accepted. nice of them to give Juventus a quality player like that and taking their rubbish of them in return. it was also nice of them to give a young Argentinian international to Galatasaray and promising young Spanish defender to Athletic Bilbao. well tbf he has been quite poor himself. he was at fault for the second goal yesterday. trying his usual glory long range pass. it got cut out and Stoke broke.

another thing i notices is when Mereiles took a long range shot. he is quite good at those because ive seen him scored a couple for porto. it was a decent effort but a comfortable save for the keeper. there was Gerrard shouting at him,for not passing it instead. Gerrard does the same himself so why cant other players have a go. Mereiles should be encourages to have a go from long range. he is being played out of position as well.

we need a new manager asap. i dont trust Roy to buy good players in January after buying Poulsen, Konchesky and bidding 10 million for a striker who has one goal this season.

Carlton COle. i think he has only got 1 goal this season. and a quite abysmal record over the course of his career.

Apparantly Roy Hodgson was watching Auxerre in action today to scout this lad, Delvin Ndinga. A Congolese international. ive never heard of him tbh.
