There is no such thing as instant success. I don't know why any team owner believes in it. Sports Psychology 101 man. Just cause you bring in big names, doesn't mean they will knit together as one. ^^thats true and a lot of the players City signed are over rated. They paid way over the odds for the likes of Wayne Bridge, Toure and Lescott.

These owners havent got a clue about football. that much is obvious. A club like Man City doesnt deserve success imo. They have no class whatsoever. They even had Mancini in the stand watching todays game. disgraceful.

If Liverpool are not good enough to make the top 4 this season, id prefer to see a team like Aston Villa get it. They are a proper club imo. Very well run and managed.

Bobby Zamora was awesome for Fulham yesterday. Fair enough, Man Utd has a 3 man defense of Fletcher, Carrick and De Laet but he played very well. He looks a totally different player this season.

Duff scored a nice goal. He is playing very well too.

The way I'm starting to see it now is that we are 11 points clear off the relegation zone. At least that's something positive at the moment when you're 'Pool fan. We're 8 pts off the 4th spot and 11 from relegation, we're in no man's land. That's fucking amazing for a team that finished 2nd last year. Way to go Liverpool.

Actually after rereading this, I think there was a misunderstanding lol...

I meant that it'd be cool to see someone new to be 4th. That doesn't necessarily mean that I don't want Liverpool to finish fourth, but I'm starting to believe that we definitely won't.

The kid is 23 years old, the future of my National Team's goalkeeping, I met the dude... I was happy that he won against a big team because that showed that he can be a good keeper, but I was really pissed off and sad that Liverpool lost. If Given won against Liverpool you would be happy FOR him, which doesn't necessarily mean that you HATE Liverpool.

I just stated the fact that the last time someone other than the Big 4 finished 4th, it was Everton, then they went to Europe and were the laughing stock of England for the whole year because they didn't even manage to go far in the Uefa Cup.

I was more ashamed than anything else that they had to put a special spot in the CL just for us, because we weren't able to finish ahead of those blue faggots. I felt like I was cheering for a retarted kid at the Special Olympics when we played against Total Network Solutions of Wales and FBK Kaunas of Lithuania.

I already accepted that we won't finish fourth. Half of our first team is injured, Torres wants to leave if Benitez is fired, we have morons playing in our starting 11 and our owners are pieces of shit.

Ibid.+We have no money to buy some good players in midfield and defense. We need an Alonso like player and some leader in defense. Skrtel and Agger are way too young to lead the defense of the biggest English club back to serious CL contenders.

no i just dont give up on my team when the fucking season is not halfway done yet. There is still a realistic chance of Liverpool getting 4th spot at the moment. Until this is not mathematically possible, i wont admit that we cant.
