Did you watch the game, he wasn't patting him on the back. He was asking why he didn't give the blatant penalty on Valencia. Then Foy, says it wasn't a penalty, and Fergie says You are fucking joking and laughs. You must have had your dipper specs on.
Anyway....
Chris Foy made some awful decisions. The Kompany red was harsh, but what idiot goes two footed these days. I would like to see consistency, if all two footed tackles no matter how clean, were a red, fine. But Lampard got away with a far worse tackle last week.
Man U's movement was awesome in the first half. They were static in the second.
Mancini got his tactics spot on in the second. Scholes needs game time.
Where now for City? There squad isn't actually as good as I thought. United have greater depth.
Good game for the neutral.
Feel sorry for Stewart Downing. Last thing Liverpool needed.
