dunne was outstanding today. the back four never gelled properly as it was their first game (warnock, dunne and collins). dunne is realisically the best player we could have signed this transfer window just gone to best replace martin laursen's absence. i am very happy indeed with his performance. solid at the back.
give him and collins some time along with warnock to gel with shorey, young, cuellar, bouma and davies and things will be fine. MON will have selection headaches week in-week out, especially when bouma and davies are back.
i wasnt too happy with MON throwing warnock into the starting lineup because of shorey's great form as of recent. but warnock seemed to do well. who should he pick for the next game. looks like warnock will be the likely option and shorey will find himself on the bench more regularly. he doesnt really derserve to be on the bench this season from the form he's been in so far but now he really has to show martin o'neill why he should be starting shorey.
ashley young needs to improve his performance, he's not shining like he used to. always room for improvement. petrov was solid in the centre. once again, happy with his performance.
GABBY GOT THE WINNER!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1-0!!!!!!!

he should have made it 2, and carew should have made a better pass to assist milner with a goal. could have been 4 or 5!
what i think is unfair is that the amount of times birmingham the f*uckers fouled us hard and intentionally, they just got warnings and let offs by howard webb and when sidwell just pulls back one of their players slightly the cards start coming out. they should have easily picked up 5 or 6 yellows altogether. tw@s.
1-0, UTV!
5 wins in a row now, make it 6 at villa park.
dunne almost scored from a header on his debut only for the shot to be blocked by carew! damn.
portsmouth next. if we dont win that i'll be going mad! lol.
