With the big money move of Luka Modric to Spurs, I figure we might as well start a transfers and rumours thread. Johnny Heitinga's also off to Atletico Madrid from Ajax, on a free transfer.

Plenty of rumoured moves. Flamini hasn't signed a new contract at Arsenal, Hleb's being linked with a move to Italy, Ronaldinho still hasn't decided on his destination, and the likes of Dimitar Berbatov and David Villa look like they might be moving to bigger clubs.

They have also been linked with Gareth Barry and David Bentley as well as Valencia from Wigan.

1. Everton striker Andy Johnson is set to leave Goodison Park and West Ham, Manchester City and Newcastle could be interested.

2. Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp has been given the green light to make a £7m summer swoop for Liverpool striker Peter Crouch.

Pompey are also targeting Rennes' Ghana defender John Mensah, who would cost £5m. (Sunday Express)

3. Blackburn boss Mark Hughes would rather let David Bentley rot in the reserves than sell him to Liverpool in the summer.

4. Tottenham boss Juan Ramos will make a big-money bid for West Ham goalkeeper Robert Green. (News of the World)

5. Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson wants Werder Bremen goalkeeper Tim Wiese.

6. Arsenal have joined Chelsea and Liverpool in the race for Aston Villa midfielder Gareth Barry.

7. Chelsea are willing to pay £35m to sign Atletico Madrid's Argentine wonderkid Sergio Aguero.

8. CSKA Moscow striker Jo has agreed an annual salary of £3.5m with Manchester City, who are set to pay £18m for the Brazilian.

9. Middlesbrough have emerged as the favourites to sign £5m-rated Chelsea midfielder Steve Sidwell at the end of the season.
10. Chelsea are to offer Bayern Munich Florent Malouda, plus £10m, in a bid to sign Franck Ribery.

Not surprised about all the Balkan talents being scoped by Arsenal, Boro Primorac is Wenger's right hand man.

lol at £25M for Richards, figures like these make me wonder how much the likes of Maldini and Baresi would be going for these days.

Oh and I really want Boswinga at Man Utd. Hes basically like Evra but on the right hand side, hes taller too.

oh and FlipMo, I think Quaresma could be going to Real Madrid, hes not had the best of seasons this season although he has been decent, probably coz he regretted not leaving last season.

Lucho right now is the star man for Porto. He will probably go to Valencia.
