what he isn't american???
Fucking pig... I hate players who don't play for their countries... i.e. Emile M'Penza (born in Belgium), Zinedine Zidane (born in France), Podolski (moved to Germany when he was 2), Nicolas Anelka (born in France), Patrick Viera (moved to France aged 8), Ibrahimovic (born in Sweden)..

They are all great players, but they lose a lot of respect by chosing to play for some country that isn't even theirs...
How can you say that it's not "their" country when they were either born there or spent most of their life there?

as i read, none of their parents are from the country they play in...
Well, I'm kind of...over patriotic, and Bosnia has lost like 10 players to other countries...so it just rages me :)
But I have to add that I don't hate players that play for a country that isn't really theirs. I hate when they chose a country, because they have a better chance to win the WC (ie Ibrahimovic did that, M'Penza did that too, Zidane too...he actually said that Algeria is afucked up coutry...some ppl didn't really appreciate that)

Hey, some dude will play for Netherlands, while his brother chose to play for the Ivory Coast... I think that will be an interesting matchup :)

Has he played for the USA Full team?
Nope...and i think he shouldn't....except if the USA want to make some profit off his name, which wouldn't be surprising to see...He's too young to be even put in the roster...I mean, the kid starts off the bench(well he did last year) during the FINALS of that MLS Cup with fucking D.C. UNITED! I can't believe that America can't find a better player than him...

Carmi, you see the problem with Italy is simple, they simply rely too much on their past legends, they should try to get an overhaul and bring in a lot of youngsters that would drastically improved the team.
i definitly agree with you. that's why even do i'd like to them to make it, i would not be surprised and even actually think they wont make it. their team is getting old.

He became an American citizen in 2003
He will play for America, even though he should play for Ghana...well in my eyes...They have a better chance to do something in the World Cup of Football...or in Football alone for that matter...

But I think that he shouldn't play for the USA A-Team, cus he just isn't GOOD ENOUGH!

dudes seriously man let this shit go no matter how much you wanna predict and shit and hyperventalate it wont change jack your hype on a certain country which is getting so repetative is useless wtv happens happens, and its way too soon to be calling the shots on each group now so you mineaswell stop watsing your time.

Why not let them predict Pacaveli-T, isn't that the whole purpose of the thread. Unless that's not the point. Anyways what are your thoughts on this. Any team you would like to see pass through the first stage?

Peace

Adu is still young as ever. MLS is not a world cup. he'll get his upportunity to shine on and plenty of them but not this time, i dont think hes ready yet for this world cup.

I've seen him play and he is sick, however, i've never seen him play against 1st Divison class opposition though so what makes you think he'll be able to make the step up to the International stage?

A few fancy flicks and skinnin some MLS players does NOT mean you are ready for the World Cup.

Well you could say that about most of the USA team, they don't have much international experience, he's 16 now, he's played in the under 20s team for a while. He'll be playing proper internationals one day so he should be ready.
