73 points, and my prediction for a Brazil vs. Argentina final was...a little off.

hmmm..I think if England won, Beckham would've stayed as captain, even if they are getting a new coach..I think Beckham just feels bad that they lost (obviously right?)..I would, anyone would..

Not a big change for beck to step down as captain tho, but atleast he will still be playing for England:thumb:

Germany was the better team in the 1974 final. We didn't play as well in the final as we did in the rest of the tournament. Partially due to the Germans.

We got outplayed that day. Cruel but true.

It seems always the case, Brazil apparently won a poor 2002 World Cup, Greece are "shit" according to people and fluked 2 wins over Portugal.

Basically if you win the World Cup, regardless of the other teams you can claim to be the best in the world with good evidence...like Greece can claim to be the best in Europe right now.

Italy had the easy way into the semis. Germany, Portugal and France especially, had the harder teams.

Man if it was the other way around the German would do the same thing any team would've done the same. I believe that Frings is the one who scored the 4th goal against Costarica which was :woah: . Even though Italy is known for there defence but why to take the risk? This is the world cup + semi finals it's not a friendly game. Go Italy Go
