money over honor. thats how it is. if u can get more paper,by all means. People dont wrestle just for the fun of it. They dont break down their bodies to only entertain fans. Its all about making the money.Matt Hardy will sign with WWE. thats my prediction
And even if he does want to entertain fans, WWE is still the better option. WWE sells out huge arenas and broadcasts all around the world. TNA fills much smaller arenas full of people who didn't pay to get in. TNA really has nothing to offer Hardy. If WWE wants you, you go to WWE.

We'll Have To See What Matt Does.

TNA IS Offering Matt A Chance To Reunite With His Brother Jeff. Plus Matt Wont Have To Travel 330 Days+ Out Of The Year.

Matt Probably Thinkin I Sign With WWE, They Stick Me In A Edge/Lita Feud. Vince Will Make Me Look Weak. Ill Lose at A PPV.

I Hope Matt Has Morals, He's Probably Thinkin "Amy Cheated On Me,Adam was My Best Friend". Why Should I Relive My Past.
But If Hes Desperate He'll Sellout For The Money.

If You Found Out Your girl Cheated On You with Your Best friend You Wouldnt wanna Have Anything To Do With Them. I Wouldnt. I Would Move On With My Life

WWE.com has learned that RAW General Manager Eric Bischoff and SmackDown! General Manager Theodore Long have agreed on a blockbuster 11-person deal that will likely have a big impact on both rosters.

RAW brand gets:

* Mark Jindrak: Former WCW Tag Team Champion
* Rene Dupree: Former WWE Tag Team Champion; former World Tag Team Champion
* Danny Basham: Two-time former WWE Tag Team Champion
* Kenzo Suzuki (with Hiroko): Former WWE Tag Team Champion
* Chavo Guerrero: Five-time former Cruiserweight Champion; two-time former WWE Tag Team Champion

SmackDown! brand gets:

* William Regal: Four-time former WCW Television Champion; three-time former Hardcore Champion; four-time former European Champion; former Intercontinental Champion; four-time former World Tag Team Champion
* Candice: 2004 RAW Diva Search contestant
* Sylvain Grenier: Four-time former World Tag Team Champion
* Simon Dean: Former RAW sponsor
* Steven Richards: Former two-time ECW Tag Team Champion; former 21-time Hardcore Champion

Watch RAW on Monday (9/8CT; Spike TV) for more on this trade.

Link: WWE.com
Hmm, not sure I understand the motivation behind some of these:

Mark Jindrak: a reunion with Garrison Cade, perhaps? He's not the worst wrestler in the world, if they gave him a good gimmick he'd be bearable.
Rene Dupree: I really hope they push him and give him a decent character. At the moment he's just "one of those French guys". I just hope they don't put him back in a team with Rob Conway
Danny Basham: I guess this means he's not one of the guys being cut in the near future. Hopefully this means there's gonna be a Doug Basham singles push on Smackdown. No idea what they'll do with Danny.
Kenzo Suzuki (with Hiroko): Again, hoping they'd cut these two. I don't even think he's cleared to wrestle ATM.
Chavo Guerrero: Very strange. The cruiserweight division is limiting, but I don't know how they'll treat him on RAW. Plus he seemed to be involved in the Mexicools angle. Could be good, if they push him and push him right.

William Regal: Hmm. I'm thinking he'll come in as a heel, not sure how much he'll get pushed.
Candice: Who cares?
Sylvain Grenier: Someone else I thought would get cut. Of the three La Res members he's the worst.
Simon Dean: This could mean Maven's gonna get cut. Hopefully this trade paves the way for a repackaging. Drop the Simon Dean gimmick and team him back up with...
Steven Richards: a bWo reunion would = ratings. I like Stevie, but I can't see them using him as anything but a jobber.

its business. feelings are not involved anymore.you dont pass up an opporunity just because your feelings got hurt. if you have that mentality you wont make it.morals dont exists in the business world. you do what you gotta do to make the money.

look what happened to bret hart. he wanted to stay with wwf because he had morals, even though wcw was gonna pay him more and vince was encouraging him to go.thats morals. he was showing his love for the company even if he was getting payed less. what does vince go and do? he stabbed him in the back because bret trusted him. he got hurt because he got his feelings involved.

Rating The Draft Lottery

Week 1

RAW: John Cena (WWE Champion)
Smackdown: Chris Benoit

Who Got The Better Wrestler: Smackdown

Im Not Knockin Cena He will Be A Big Name Guy in The Future, He's Making A Name For Himself Now

Week 2

RAW: Kurt Angle
Smackdown: Randy Orton

Who Got The Better Wrestler: RAW

Randy Is A Major Player, But Not As Big As Angle

Week 3

RAW: Carlito
Smackdown: Muhammed Hassan

Who Got The Better Wrestler: Smackdown

If I Was Vince I Would've Gave Hassan A IC Title Run

Final Week 4

RAW: Big Show, RVD
Smackdown: Christian, Batista (World Heavyweight Champ)

Who Got The Better Wrestlers: Smackdown

Big Show Got Fat, He Will Not Win The Title On Raw Now, Because Of Triple HHH. He'll Get Title Shots, But No Cigar.

RVD: He Was In His Prime Before He Got Hurt, He'll Have Another IC Title Run But That'll Be It. (Im Surprised I Thought He'd Quit An Run His Comic Book Business)

Christian an Batista Are By Far Better.

My take (just the big moves).

John Cena > Batista
Unlike Cena, Batista only really got over because he attacked HHH. Cena, on the other hand, got over based on his mic work.

Kurt Angle > Chris Benoit

Purely because Angle is much, much better on the mic.

Christian > Rob Van Dam
As far as I know RVD is still injured. Still, a fit RVD doesn't have the same mic ability Christian does. He's got charisma, but he's not Captain Charisma.

Randy Orton > Big Show
Randy Orton has more charisma and could put on a very good match with someone like Benoit or Eddie or Christian. Big Show, on the other hand, has nothing.

Carlito > Muhammed Hassan
I dig Hassan, but after a while the whole "I get persecuted" gimmick will wane and they'll find it hard to do anything else with him. Carlito, on the other hand, can turn face just by giving some big time heel the old Apple Shot. Carlito rules.

So RAW wins 3-2 plus they win in both of the two biggest draft swaps. There's not a whole lot in any of them (except Orton/Big Show) but I think RAW benefits more.

You've also got to take into account the fact that RAW already has the better roster. To make things even, Smackdown needed to get some really big names. Instead, they lost their champion and the best overall worker in the industry.

thats an awesome breakdown,i totally agree with you. The fact that smackdown lost kurt angle gave them a huge blow.

Illuminattile 3-2 RAW How You Figure?

4-1 Smackdown

Benoit Is A Legend, He Trained In Stu Hart's Dungeon. John Cena Couldnt Survive In The Dungeon. He'd Run Out Of There Crying.

Well See How He Does when He Fights HHH For The First Time. An HHH Wont Put Him Over. Thats A Guarantee.

Angle On The Other Hand, Okay But He May Be On His Way Out In A Few Years. His Neck Is getting To Be Like Austins. This Past Monday I Enjoyed That Match With Flair. That Should've Been A PPV Match. Orton Reminds Me Of A Young Rock He Will Be A Major Player.

Hassan Is By Far The Better Wrestler, Carlito Needs Work.
Ya Might See Carlito v Jericho at A Future PPV. The Loser Will Have To Give Up There Talk Show.

Batista Is Better Than Cena. Strength Vs Mic Skills, (Come On). Cena Will Talk Trash But in The End, Batista An Strength Will Win.

Big Show Was At His Best in WCW an The First 3 Yrs In the WWE.
He WILL NOT Win The WWE Title On RAW. They Should've Kept Him On Smackdown. He Would Have A Bettter Chance Winning Over There.

Im Glad You Agree Christian Is Better Than RVD.

I'm not saying Cena's a better wrestler, but he is more of a superstar. I was comparing the draftees based on card position. Cena and Batista were champions when they got drafted and therefore were the 'biggest' draft picks. If it was Cena vs. Benoit and Angle vs. Batista then it might have been one a piece (Benoit > Cena, Angle > Batista). At the end of the day, both shows gained one great wrestler and one decent wrestler. The difference is, RAW's picks both have charisma.

Well See How He Does when He Fights HHH For The First Time. An HHH Wont Put Him Over. Thats A Guarantee.
That's nothing to do with Cena himself, that's to do with HHH. He'll put Orton over as much as he did Orton.

Orton Reminds Me Of A Young Rock He Will Be A Major Player.
If anyone's a Young Rock it's Cena, no doubt. Orton as a face just did not work. He only got a reaction from the crowd because of who he was facing. As soon as the HHH feud ended, he was done for.

Hassan Is By Far The Better Wrestler, Carlito Needs Work.
Ya Might See Carlito v Jericho at A Future PPV. The Loser Will Have To Give Up There Talk Show.
Carlito's no Benoit, but I LOVE his character. It's an example of one of the few times WWE comes up with a good gimmick. Hassan is just the latest "America-hating foreigner" gimmick, which will wear thin pretty soon. I like him, and if he can reinvent himself I'll be very happy. That said, Carlito is probably my favourite character in the WWE right now. His gimmick is so...cool :thumb:

Batista Is Better Than Cena. Strength Vs Mic Skills, (Come On). Cena Will Talk Trash But in The End, Batista An Strength Will Win.
Mic skills mean a lot when you're at the top of the card. If he can get people involved in the feud through his promos and interviews, the crowd aren't going to get behind him. Besides, Cena's strong as Hell. He F-Ued The Big Show, which takes a LOT of strength.

Plus, what about this statistic:

John Cena - 28 years of age.
Dave Batista - 39 years of age.

You talk about Angle only having a few years left...as soon as Batista's unable to pull off a spinebuster or a powerbomb, he's done for. Angle, like Flair, can rely on slow, technical moves. Batista's a power wrestler, so the years will be doubly harsh on him.

Big Show Was At His Best in WCW an The First 3 Yrs In the WWE.
He WILL NOT Win The WWE Title On RAW. They Should've Kept Him On Smackdown. He Would Have A Bettter Chance Winning Over There.
They should drop him altogether, but unfortunately they signed him to such a ridiculous contract that they can't afford to.

yeah he's in good shape. if he stays that way i dont see him gone for a long ass time, unless he gets injured. i mean look at flair, how old is he? even though he's really slow now, he can still have a full match.hogan on the other hand is done. i thought it was just one more match, but now they are bringing him in more. i heard at the next wrestle mania its gonna be hogan vs. austin. thats gonna be the worst match.

Hulk Hogan might not be around the WWE ring very often. But, after just one six-man tag, he already sees WWE Champion John Cena as a star.

"After the match with Cena, I told him "Brother, now that I've been in the ring with you. Now that I've seen how good you are. Now I want to wrestle you, so get ready." He was totally psyched, he told me it was like a dream come true, but I want to see what he's made of," Hulk Hogan told IGN, before calling Cena someone who can "carry the football for 15-20 years."

As far as Hulk Hogan's wrestling career, the wrestler does not believe he's ready to call it quits. He views being able to successfully perform the leg drop with no injury as getting over an important hurdle.

"To drop the leg and for my hip not to break and my back not to be in a million pieces, my whole back is screwed up, but physically, I've been training as hard as I can and I think it's helped a lot that I keep my body tight. I'm 51 years old and I look as good as some of the young guys so I'm just really excited to keep going and see how far I can go with this thing."

lol good luck

Flair is, I believe, 56. But as I said, it's easier for someone like Flair to put on a decent match than Batista, because of his wrestling style and his persona. Flair isn't expected to powerbomb people and dominate matches with his strength.

Chavo? Oh, you mean Kerwin White. Yeah, that's his new gimmick. It's a god awful idea, but at least they're doing something with Chavo. This and the Mexicools gimmick make me think WWE just bought The Big Book Of Hispanic Stereotypes.

Hey Illuminatille What You Think Of The Tittie Slip Tonight On Raw. Accident or Was It Planned?
Accidental, but when you get a bunch of chicks in skimpy bikinis to jump around it's not surprising we get a "wardrobe malfunction"

Wheres HHH? He Must Be Taking Himself A Vacation. I Thought He Wouldve Came In Tonight At The Main Event.
I think he's filming something, not entirely sure. I'm convinced now, after what HBK did, that he'll come back as a face.

That said, rumour has it he'll come back and form a new Evolution. I could see Maven, Conway, Jindrak or Dupree taking the Orton role. Tomko could play the enforcer role, but hopefully not. In fact, I would mark like a little girl if Burchill debuted as Evolution's enforcer. Burchill is a GOD, and he's British too.

Maria An Lillian Lookin Fine As Hell Tonight.(I Know They Got To have Something Planned with Her An Viscera) Do Something That Makes Vis Look Like The Weaker Character an Lillian Come Out On Top.
I think Lillian will end up helping/consoling Vis and they'll get back together. I really don't care though, it's awful.

The HBK heel turn was pretty surprising. The crowd were going crazy and then BAM! superkick and the crowd is in shock. Doesn't make a lick of sense to make ANOTHER top-tier heel, though.

*SPOILERS*

You need to watch Smackdown this week because of three little words: Blue World Order.

JBL comes out and complains about last week's "screwjob", says it makes the Montreal Screwjob "look like a parking ticket". Hiss music plays and the bWo (Stevie Richards, Blue Meanie, and Simon "Nova" Dean) come out in his limo, dressed and acting like The Cabinet. Bradshaw calls Meanie a fat bitch, leading to a Blue Meanie vs. JBL match later. This is all WWE cashing in on the real life altercation between the two at One Night Stand.

Chris Benoit beats Booker T in a United States Title #1 contendership match with the Crossface. Benoit should be higher up the card than the US title. Christian didn't get involved, so the Christian vs. Booker feud I sensed last week might not be going ahead.

Rey Mysterio pleads with Eddie Guerrero to not tell the world "the truth", so Eddie makes him tag with him against MNM in a Tag Title match.

Blue Meanie beats JBL in a No DQ match thanks to interference from Batista. Stevie Richards and Nova also intefere, JBL bleeds hardway from a Richards charishot (i.e. from the actual impact of the chair, not from blading like they usually do).

Muhammad Hassan and Daviari complain about last week's main event, and how Hassan wasn't actually eliminated. Teddy Long makes Muhammed vs. Undertaker in a #1 Contenders match for The World Heavyweight Championship at the Great American Bash PPV. Then he books Daivari against Undertaker tonight.

MNM beat Eddie and Rey in a Tag Titles match. Eddie hits the Frog Splash, but pulls one of MNM up after two. Eddie tags in Rey and then attacks him. MNM win with their finisher. Eddie taunts Rey after the match and makes him act a servant to him, using "the truth" as blackmail.

Matt Morgan vs. William Regal didn't take place because the Mexicools attacked Morgan. Regal didn't even come down to the ring. Morgan was a heel last time I saw him, so it seems weird for the Mexicools to attack him. Still don't know whether Regal's a face or a heel. Juvi cut a promo in which he did the old "if I pull my eyes like this I look Oriental" thing. We get "sand people", we get Mexicans who don't wanna be Mexican...WWE is a real haven of political correctness, huh?

Undertaker squashes Daviari. Post-match five masked men come out, beat the hell out of 'Taker. Hassan puts him in the Camel Clutch. The five guys carry Daviari to the back on their shoulders. They were a bunch of terrorist-looking motherfuckers so it looks like Hassan might have got himself an Al-Qaeda-esque "Terror Network". *sigh*

Batista beats Christian with his Batista Bomb. JBL and Orlando Jordan attack post-match, Batista fights back and JBL uses OJ as a shield. OJ gets Batista Bomb'd and JBL flees.
