And it's fucking obvious that he went to TAKE HIM DOWN! Jesus fucking Christ, the guy has played 3 games this season! Of course he was fucking sent in the field to goon on Adebayor and Eduardo! Every low-table team does that, why do you have to close your eyes about this?
I don't know who that's addressed to, because nobody in this thread is denying that the guy went in hard. But you see people do that week-in week-out, and it's only once somebody suffers a bad injury that everybody is up in arms about it and they want to see somebody made an example of.

But you see people do that week-in week-out,
That's exactly my point! You see this lumberjack play week in and week out cutting in legs of players... From Arsenal to Derby County, every team does it... It's not football, something has to be done. That's my point.

And I was adressing to that dude who said that Taylor went after the ball.. He went after the ball my ass, the ball was in China and he tackled him in New York.

Leave C.Ronaldo out of it for once.

Also I find it funny Wenger saying that to stop Arsenal you have to kick them...but didnt Gallas Kick Nani intentionaly
aww did i insult your hero :D

On a more positive note, they reckon Eduardo might be back in 9 months. Henrik Larsson broke his leg very badly when he was around the same age as Eduardo and look how he came back from it..

someone sent me on an email with pictures of some of the worst leg breaks in football. I reckon Dave Busst and Luc Nilis were the worst ones since they had to retire afterwards.

You have to admire Djibril Cisse though. He breaks his left and right legs within a short period of time and comes back playing at a high level. He must have had some weakness in his legs though. His legs just sort of snapped while he was running.

Since the Carling Cup Final last Sunday it seems there are Spur's fans everywhere now, they're even talking about their Champions League chances next year...

It was a good win and everything, but Avram Grant was pretty hopeless tactically.

I think Spurs have a good chance in the UEFA Cup, since Ramos is a cup specialist.

lol @ Arsene Wenger saying Arsenal get victimised, then getting shown up by the stats:

"The basic problem in this league is that for the past three years we are the team which has committed less fouls than any other team, the team who is fouled more than any other team, and the team who is punished more than any other team," Wenger moaned.

"It's not a suspicion, I just look at facts.

"Facts are facts. Every four fouls, Arsenal gets a yellow card and every nine fouls some other teams get yellow cards.

"The numbers are available for everybody to see."

Facts

In fact, not all of Wenger's numbers stack up. While they are the side which has committed the fewest fouls in the last three years, it is actually Everton and Manchester United who suffer most at the hands of the opposition.

^ Haha. Just seen United's starting line-up, no Vidic, Carrick, Anderson, Ronaldo or Rooney. Seems he's resting them for Lyon on Tuesday, it might backfire though.

Very risky stuff. No problem with Saha getting a start, but to change that many players is rarely a good idea. I was predicting a big win, now I'm not so sure. Should still get the three points just perhaps not as emphatically.

Still, Nani and Tevez have been very good as of late.

Yea there's more than enough quality on the pitch to come away from Craven Cottage with a win but Fulham could make it hard for us and we may need a bit of magic like Ronaldo's goal last season.

There is champions league this week?. How come Liverpool are down to play West Ham on Wednesday so?

damn, i left Ronaldo as captain for Fantasy Football. I was thinking of switching to Gerrard because Liverpool have 2 games but i thought Ronaldo would be playing and would destroy Fulham. Is he on the bench?

But how many of those fouls were actually dives from Ronaldo or Nani:)

289 fouls against might suggest that referees give them frees for nothing.
