What has to be done is stick the employers in prison here and catch and fine the illegals heavily. No jobs, no services, no socialist handouts mean illegals stay at home and make a bonfire under Don Vincente's rump.

Face it: either the government says No Amnesty and devotes resources to expelling illegals, or America begins becoming El Norte, with Anglo-Americans in the minority. There is very little middle road.

the companies employee them because they lack morals and are greedy. if there were laws that would fine employers for hiring illegal aliens then people who have been citizens their whole lifes and payed taxes their whole adult life, wouldnt have to worry about some illegal alien being hired for the same job

While final details were not available, in general, the compromise would require illegal immigrants who have been in the United States between two years and five years to return to their home country briefly, then re-enter as temporary workers. They could then begin a process of seeking citizenship.

Illegal immigrants here longer than five years would not be required to return home; those in the country less than two years would be required to leave without assurances of returning, and take their place in line with others seeking entry papers.
