It won't change too much at the moment Devious, even with BC which is Half/Half, the Libs won't make it. It's pretty clear that the Nazi Harper and his SS Conservatives have the minority.

how can that be possible? Polls in BC are not even closed yet, or are just closing, i'd hardly call that official
Even if all the remaining seats go to the Liberals it'll still be a conservative victory. The NDP will gain a bunch of seats in BC though, I think they doubled their seats this election

I wouldn't go that far and call them Nazi's, but you never know what they will do for the next year. If their ultra-right wing MPs come out in the next few months there will be a ton of people complaining, and then another election will come.

Nah, we'd be called American Jr if the Cons got a majority goverment, but with a minority they'll be put in check. This new goverment is sort of good, i mean we get a break with over a decade of the Liberals, and the GST policy seems alright. Of course having my first and 3rd year of college tuition being paid for would've been really nice, I can live with a 7-8 month Conservative party

^^^ LOL. I told you, Adolf Harper!

Pietro, did you see how the voting went in St Leonard? About 95% went to Liberals. It's been like that for years and years. The Italians there are diehard Liberals. lol

Hey, think about this, had Harper run 2 years ago and taken it, Canada would probably be at war in Iraq too.. messed up if you think about it.

Well looks like Paul Martin is stepping down from the leader of the Liberal party. A pro and a con i guess. I liked Pauls charisma, but he stalled on a lot of things, lets hope the next leader will be charasmatic but get things done faster

Ya, he's stepping down, good speech, he looked very sincere. I agree Glock, Paul was charismatic, he was a pretty good speeker at times, looked very relaxed, but he did stall on certain issues at times.

I wonder who's going to surface as Libs leader.... Return of the Gagliano?
