What it is, is the guy's team just scored and the kid's team fucked up and the kid is banging his head in mock frustration against his father's or coach's or whatever's knee. And since his team scored, the guy is mock helping him. Everyone around them can see that's what it is, which is why they're not reacting. And they're not even looking because it's probably not the first time in the game they did that. It's just fan hijinks. But from the camera angle that we got it looks like giving head. I could tell all that the instant I saw it. Why are most ppl so dense? If it was something nasty, don't you think it would be all over the news with the arrest of this guy? Jeez!
