this is a better than just saying i like brown rice, to recommend a book i recommend any book from the whole Practical Cookery series, authored by Victor Ceserani, Ronald Kinton, and David Foskett, it is on the 10th or 11th edition right now, i have the 8th published edition since i went catering college 11 years ago, and it is the best cookery book i have gotten a grip on, the one for me, i recommend you check it out
