I have several problems with that:

1.) The semen/poop deck is old, man. C'mon, even my grandmother knows it. You can do better.

2.) These vessels don't really have a poop deck.

3.) Depending on the ship, you don't need that many men. The two-master will require the most men out of the bunch. The gulet is completely modern. Can't even really get up in the masts.

But yeah, if you are stupendously wealthy and want a ship like this you better have friends and family that can sail or you'll need to hire a crew, lol.
