CP3. He should have got it last year. I think Kobe's MVP last year was more like a lifetime achievement award.

lol!
lol yea he shouldve got it that year he dropped 81

i honestly dont think hornets can repeat that kind of season like last year idk why... maybe someones gonna get injured? lol

dont laught but
I think tmac have a chance at it too ;p;
lol maybe but i doubt even if rockets have the best record, yao has a better chance and even artest if he puts some nice numbers lol

t-mac bitches out in the 4th quarter errytime, especially in the playoffs lol damn i still remember that magic/pistons series, they were up 3-1 goddamn:*(

Larry Hughes has always maintained that he is a full time starter, and now he'll get his shot as he replaces first overall selection Derrick Rose in the starting lineup in Chicago, the Chicago Tribune is reporting.

Rose attended to a death in his family on Monday, but Coach Vinny Del Negro said that this had nothing to do with the change in his lineup.

"We're all with Derrick and his family, but this has nothing to do with that," Del Negro said. "We're going to tinker with lineups a bit. We're trying to get healthy and find ways to get guys in shape. Don't read too much into that."

"I'm the type of guy who will do whatever it takes to win," Rose said. "If that means me coming off the bench, that's what I'll do."
when was the last time, a number 1 overall pick didnt start?

lol

they shouldve took beasley

i think chris paul has it too
i lost interest in the MVP race when steve nash won it 19 times in a row with his unimpressive stats.
lmao @ lifetime achievement... he did deserve it for like the 2 or 3 yrs before he got it.

tmac wont have it.
paul pierce? i doubt it too but he seems to be stepping up since he has some talent around him.

Laugh all you want at Jackson's close friend Stephon Marbury. Jackson realizes a lot of people think Marbury's crazy. But, he points out, almost nobody at Marbury's position has made that much money or put up those kinds of numbers. How crazy is that production? "And if the Knicks let him go, and somehow make the playoffs, I guarantee they'll be wishing they had that experience. ... And if he's not a Knick, I guarantee that we'll try to get him." ESPN.com

By the way, the idea that the Celtics might be interested in bringing Marbury -- on a veteran's min contract as a free agent, not via trade -- in to back up Rajon Rondo (he sprained his ankle in the game by the way) was squashed by a few people I spoke with today at the Gah-den. Sam Cassell is there, though he seems more like an assistant coach at this point of his career. Newsday

Jackson says that negotiations on a contract extension with the Warriors are going very well: "I'm comfortable it'll be done in the next few weeks." He says he has a great relationship with "Bobby" (which can only be team President Robert Rowell) and owner Chris Cohan. Jackson says he doesn't believe in so-called contract years, "because I won a title in 2003 [with San Antonio] and still didn't get a deal." ESPN.com
