As I said I am half Quebecois, BUT I do not share Quebecois values. I have never been to a Quebecois wedding, communion, confirmation baptism in my life (seriously).

And I hate how people say they are this and they are that. Are you born in that country? No? Then you are not whatever you say you are. You can say you are from that or that origin. So I am from Italian descent, also have a bit of Irish in me. (Btw this is not aimed at Hizzle or Flipmo as I do not know if they are born in Bosnia/Croatia or not)

Also, there are some arrogant and some ignorant people in every country/culture/religion/whatever. Sure I know some arrogant francophones as I know some ignorant francophones as I know some very cool francophones as I know some ignorant, some arrogant and some very cool anglophones. Yeah I know Quebecois are very proud of their culture, but you've got to know that they are the only province in North America who speaks french and that even if they went through English domination for a long time. So yeah if you were in a country/province/city who is exceptional in certain ways, you would be proud of that even if something that makes you seem cocky and arrogant.
