Why Strawberry?

I myself hate strawberry ice cream, and as a kid, I would dig out the choc and vanilla from a square gallon container and leave a full middle layer of strawberry unsupported on either side.

Chocolate - Vanilla - Pistachio is to die for, also the same mix, but instead of Pistachio, throw in Mango
