My friends and i used to do it with 151, or flaming dr peppers, without blowing it out first. You just have to take the shot like the flame isn't there. I dont think its that hard but the videos like this make me feel special lol.

Actually there is. Grab a glass bigger than the shot glass, some ice and a straw. Put the ice in the glass and shake it around to cool the glass, or I guess if youre doing it at home (we do this at clubs) leave it in the freezer. The glass just has to be cold. Anyway, light the 151 let it burn for a couple seconds blow it out, shoot it, put the shot glass on the table quick and cover it with the larger colder glass. Move it around a little for effect. It will fill up with steam/smoke. Get a straw, lift the glass off the table just enough to stick the straw under it and suck through the vapor, it'll really fuck you up.

You can also blow back out the straw and light it for a little blow torch effect.

Neither really. Your throat kind of feels coated similar to a cough lolly if you know what I mean. It feels smooth, with a tingly after effect as if you were sucking down helium balloons. It doesnt hurt at all and clears your throat.
