thank you.

yea like heart/lungs and all the physiological effects. just wondering, cos sometimes it might come as a shock or you might just sneeze without expecting it (although we prepare for a sneeze).

i doubt there are studies. generally, when you have a weak heart, sudden and hard usage of your breast area muscles will contribute to the overall negativity of the situation. it may not directly kill you, but results from some type of experiment would be very individual probably. depends on if your heart's health is reduced to 72,045% or if you're lucky enough to be at 72,053%.

Your heart actually stops for the duration of the sneeze and medically you are considered legally dead. If the beneficiaries of your will are quick they can have it read and get all you own, so try not to sneeze twice.

Sneezing is a function of the lungs alone, probably aided by the diaphragm. It's number one purpose is to expel toxins, foreign bodies, and bacteria of the likes from the lungs. Which is why you get a strong sudden out gush of air and mucus. A sneeze is so powerful that the outburst of air can be at speeds of up to 60mph. The body sneezes to rid the lungs of (shit) that shouldn't be there.

It is common that I see people trying to stop sneezing, of fighting the urge to sneeze; instead of letting it all out, as should be done. Stopping yourself from sneezing does more harm than good. I never stop myself from sneezing.

It has nothing to do with the heart.
