Resume

lol at this dude preaching and tryna school me.

I didn't say you shouldn't be educated or you shouldn't put education on your resume.

Employers now days aren't concerned so much about your education because the first think that they look on your resure is if you have prior experience to that position or similar to that that will qualify you for that company. The way you write a resume is the first thing you write after contact info is the most relevant aspect of your resume. Thats is your work experience because you are applying for a job position not a college. After they see your work experience, what do you think they would want to hear next? What your gpa is? No, they want to hear from your ex bosses or the people you put down as references. So reference is like second most important though some people put down that on last column for some reason. And then your education.

And you're making a fool out of yourself for saying if you're uneducated you're out of a picture. You could be the most retarded in academic level but if you know the skill that company offers, you will be hired just as fine. Thats not the case always but you get the point. Not saying you should be like that but the first thing companys looks for is the experience and your skill.

lol @ this dude for preaching and trying to school rahim... silly faggot, dick is for you!!!!!

lmao @ dilla.

Bachaveli's mostly right, though. Generally speaking, employers look for a degree or an equivalent in work experience. To get a job at microsoft software testing department or the like, a bachelor's in computer science isn't an absolute requirement, but if you demonstrate to them (via phone interviews at times) that you can do the job, you're good to go for that 80,000 a year.

also, bachaveli knows about the importance of work experience, hence why he has such a menial job in selling knives.

Mad at the world cause you came from a broken home. Ohh echoes of ''lil homies''.

Don't just say random things out of frustration in hopes of accomplishing something. Take your time and think about what you're writing and come up with more well thought and meaningful way of dissing me.

my dad's a physician and my mom manages two of his offices... the monetary value of the amount of gas they use in a day is what your family earns in a week... if anything's "broken" in my home, it has 5 other replacements lying around somewhere... this includes knives....

You couldn't endure being in dark and having the fear of bacho making some disses thrown at you and you're not able to see them. Thats why you unblocked the ignore button huh.

sofi were you an electrician before you became an esteemed financier? i think bichi is trying to draw inspiration from you... he thinks if he puts he worked for cutco selling knives, then johns hopkins or duke hospital will accept him as their emergency surgeon..... so please say yes and let this man achieve his dream..

You know what I hate, interview questions like, "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?"
Me- "In your job by day and with your wife at night."

I refuse to answer dumb questions straight.

No? Alright, when you block an account it only blocks that account. Now, S O F I blocked 'Bachaveli'. You're on 'Bachi'. S O F I did not block 'Bachi'. S O F I can read your posts under Bachi without needing to unblock you because he never blocked you. You're more than welcome.

Look who's eating his own words now.

Employers will never read a 3 page resumé...

Anyways, most of the time, they just throw half the resumés and read the other half, and still find someone decent for the job...

A resumé is not that important. It's more important that they see you in person.

On average they spend 9 seconds looking at each resume. In that 9 seconds they only look at your 'work experience' section.

^ Correction, employers only spend 9 seconds looking at your resume before it gets tossed into the waste paper basket.

I guess I could narrow it down to two pages, I think I will.
