France has 5 million foreign-born French-Africans.

It's an interesting breed, they have spread nearly everywhere. Except for the colder countries, they can't survive there.

With a good camera I could snap pics of blacks walking down on the street from my house. They're real easy to spot up here.

I'm guessing a great deal of those Africans are from North Africa, ie. Cockasians. Also France had a lot of colonies there so maybe they included people with a French ancestry born in Africa as well.
