I hate that they made Kit a Ford GT. Nothing against the car, but it just doesnt fit KnightRider in my opinion, its too identifiable.

It made me cringe too... But so did the show in the 80's.... Well, not then, as I was about 4... But now it does...

Well.... Seems to me to be a popular trend in remaking comic book heroes, tv shows and computer games at the moment... I guess most people don't read books anymore so there's no point in turning them into screenplays.
