and for all the years before that? you can't be a great mother if you're a drug addict. don't forget, a child's most important developmental phase is between the ages of 1-5, the period where Courtney was still hooked. and she's been such a great role model, right? not only that but her father committed suicide. that will be one messed up girl. as for your assertion that Courtney is a good mother, i'm not going to completely dispute it because i wasn't there when she was raising her, were you? but from what i've been hearing over the years, and the fact that at several points she was almost taken away from Courtney tells me she can't be that great of a parent.

look i know you like Kurt, and Courtney, but there is no doubt this kid's got some shit going on in her head. you can't be raised in a situation like that and come out perfectly normal lol.

exacxtly, that's all i meant. like stefan said, there's no question she loves Frances, but love alone doesn't make you a good parent. in facvt, to be honest, i don't think most celebrities make great parents, for the simple fact that they can't be there for their kids if they're on a tour, or making a movie or whatever. half these celeb kids end up being raised by nannies. and then we wonder why they're so fucked up.

lol that was barely 2 years ago. and if she stays clean, she can be a good mother (i hope) but i imagine some damage has already been done. she hasn't exactly been the best role model. either way my point was that this girl has had a hard, sad life, and will most likely have some major issues when she gets older, not the least of which is the fact that her father made a terrible decision and took himself out of her life for his own selfish reasons. that alone can really mess a kid up, never mind all this other shit with Courtney.
