I intentionally wrote dinner as in my opinion it's not about place but about meal itself really.
Like dopefiend's dinner = dope.
That makes more sense to me but I guess we'll find out when og leaks as I bet that Pac's chorus and intro/outro where Pac explains things had been removed on retail.

Seeing as how it interpolates the melody from Suzanne Vega's "Tom's Diner", i think it's safe to say it's not "dinner".
