why doesn't Amaru re-release albums?

Dante said that Amaru has had remastered versions of Pac's first albums ready for a while now but so far they haven't actually released them. We need better version, the other day i decided to bump S4MN in my ride and damn i forgot how fuckin low the audio on the cd's were.
