Hey guys, this thread serves two fold. Firstly, sorry for the outage the other day and the two days last week.
Caesar handles the day to day stuff of the site and the coding, but I still pay for things so all the server correspondence come to me, so dont blame the guy it was my fault. I was away last week recording out of the city and this week Ive been away with my girl celebrating our one year anniversary.
Anyway, we have a server management company who I pay to monitor these outages, and they have been slacking so I blame them and will be looking for a new company. They have the means and should have fixed the problem or at the very least contacted me letting me know the server was down and they didnt do either. So if anybody knows of a better server management and monitoring company out there please let me know.
Secondly, SicC cant access the site, it seems to be the same problem Jeremy and others had before. Ive filed a support ticket with the server company and hope they will look into it. For those of you who have experienced this problem, could you please help me out by letting me know the name of your ISP, your location, and your IP at the time of the outage. Im talking to the people who experienced unexplained problems where they cant connect to StreetHop while others can, not related to the two outages explained above. You can either post the information here or PM it to me.
