Are you well travelled ?

I'm sitting here bored as fuck and thinking on past holiday and trips i've taken. Got me thinking that for my age (20) i'm quite well travelled. I'm sure there'll be members who've travelled a lot more than me but anyway here goes, i'm gonna list all the places i've been.


London - Been here a few times just for a few days at a time.

Paris - Went here with school when i was younger, spent a week and loved it.

Amsterdam - Spent a night here on the way to Bratislava, no words are needed to describe Amsterdam

Bratislava - Spent 2 nights here following Rangers. Strangest place i've been but probably the best looking women here.

Maastricht - Went here for a week again with school, was really nice place.

Barcelona - Been here on a day trip twice when younger. Going back next month for the Rangers game.

Costa Del Sol - 1st time i'd been abroad, only around 5 so don't remember much.

Magaluf and Alcudia, Majorca - Went to Magaluf with my friends for a "lads" holiday. Loved it. Alcudia i went to with my family, was very quiet.

Tenerife - Again here with my friends on our 1st holiday together, great place.

Kavos, Greece - Another holiday with my friends, not as good as the others due to the state of Kavos not a very nice place.

Ibiza - Greatest place on earth, going back next year.

Algarve, Portugal - Family holiday. One of the nicest places i've been to.

New York x 2 - Great city. Went in the winter both times and it was freezing, hopefully go back sometime in the next year.

Las Vegas - Totally unbelieveable at 1st. Downside is that i wasn't 21 so couldn't gamble etc.

Florida - Enjoyed the theme parks

Denver - Had family here and visited them. Was quite nice though i was only 8 at the time so can't remember much about it.

I've been to other random Spanish tourist resorts but they're all mainly the same.

I get paid to travel and do what I love I am blessed, as I feel that travelling and experiencing different cultures and seeing things from different points of view is one of the greatest things one can do with their life. Let me try and remember every where I have been. I may miss a few by accident.

UK - everywhere from London, Leeds, Bradford, Manchester, Scotland.....haven't been to Ireland though.

Europe - France, Germany, Poland, Greece, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Holland, Greece, Greek Islands (4 different ones)

USA:
WA - Seattle, Aberdeen, Vancouver
OR - Portland, Eugene, Corvallis, Cottage Grove, Coos Bay
CA - Eureka, Cotati, Berkely, San Francisco, Oakland, Santa Cruz, Los Angeles, San Diego
NV - Las Vegas, Death Valley
MN - Minneapolis
IL - Chicago
GA - Atlanta
NY - New York City

Asia:
Turkey
India - Mumbai, Pune, Delhi (and going to Chandigarh, Amritsar, Lucknow and Ludhiana next month)





I think that's most of it, although I am sure I've missed a few places. Next I want to go to China, Japan, Australia and more of the East Coast of the states as I've explored the West a lot but wanna see more of the East.

i was born in turkey, been to spain, france, germany

i've have lived in 5 different states and been to maybe half the states or more in my country plus washington d.c.

most the states i have been to have been on the west, south, and midwest. i haven't hit up many of the new england states on the east or the states on the north

Ibiza is unbelieveable, we only saw the typical places (megaclubs, cafe mambo, bora bora beach etc) but the quieter places on the island are apparently beautiful.

Actually I prefer traveling within Poland, we've got beautiful landscapes etc so usually I spend my holidays here in the mountains, by a nice lake or seaside etc.
I travel really a lot here.

Except that I've been few times in Germany, England, Czech republic, Slovakia, once in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus just to see how is there.

I plan to visit Sweden somehow this year.

I'd love to go to the States but they won't give me visa fast

Go to Bratislava on 21st November for a week, and have got a 10 day tour next easter, going from London -> Berlin -> Riga -> Tallinn -> Helsinki which should be cool with 2 nights in each city.

I have been to Sweden (of course since I live here), Finland (my family is from there), Norway (Tromso), the Channel Islands (Jersery & Guernsey), the Netherlands (Amsterdam), France (Alsace, Paris and the Riviera), Spain (Madrid), Monaco, Portugal (all over the south and Lisboa), Sardinia, Croatia (Split and Brac), Greece (Crete and Lesvos), Turkey (Marmaris), Hungary (all over, have friends there), Estonia (all over, have friends there), Russia (a place close to the Finnish border called Kovdor), Morocco, USA (DC, Maryland, Virginia, Illinois, Missouri and Iowa), Mexico (Cancun), Venezuela (Caracas), the Dominican Republic, Aruba, Barbados, Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur), India (Goa), Indonesia (Bali), Malta and Cyprus.

Probably somewhere by the seaside as I'll be traveling by ship, most definately I'll stay somewhere near Stockholm.

Actually visiting Norway would require a lot extra money as it's quite expensive to travel and stay there from what I've heard. I planned to spend like 200-300euro for a 2-3 day trip lol
But I'll let you know if and when I'll be going there.

Actually I planned to buy a PS3 in Sweden but I see it's not any cheaper there so another good point in going there is gone. I'll just visit Stockholm as I've never been there, drink some Polish alcohol because I've heard that in Sweden beers and other stuff is expensive and weak ^^ I'll just take some good Polish vodka with me lol
