I get horrible sleep at night and need some advice. I read that you shouldn't watch TV or do anything that will get your mind goin like 30 minutes before you go to bed, which makes sense. I am one of those people can't go to bed without the TV on. I tried reading and that didn't work, I think it's cus I mainly read in the morning or early afternoon so when I start to read my body thinks it's time to wake up type shit but who knows. I workout daily so the idea of using energy and making yourself tired aint workin. Will a warm glass of milk help like how Dave Chapelle told me white people do or what. I think I'm kind of an insomniac, I don't really know shit about insomnia so I may be wrong. Help, I can't make a hundred posts ever again like I did tonight, for yours and my sake.
