Rapper DMX is the latest celebrity to go to the dogs.

The Arizona home of the rapper/actor was raided Friday, and the sheriff's department found guns, drugs and a dozen mistreated pit bulls.

DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, already had a rap sheet for animal cruelty, after abusing his pit bulls in New Jersey in 2002. He avoided jail time by agreeing to make a public service announcement against cruelty towards animals. Maybe he should have watched it.

The 36 year old hardcore hip hop artist is on the lam in New York and claims that he hasn't visited his Arizona home in months. Coincidentally, the dogs hadn't been fed or watered for months.

isnt he tryin to pin it on his caretaker? nobody will believe that. but why did X only have to give a PSA while Vick could get multiple years in prison AND lose his career? Thats messed up.

About the Marbury thing, I agree with Marbury, to an extent. Ok, we shoot deer, shoot bears, shoot birds, shoot basically anything that moves. We put actual ADULTS in rings to fight each other until one is knocked out, or literally submits to the other contender. But we're supposed to make a double standard for a DOG? It is a DOG, people. Not like we are fighting babies [hehe.. that's a thought]

I have a pitbull... I think. Haven't checked on her in a few months.. Haha jk, but I would NEVER fight her against others. But I don't see why there is so much hypocrisy over the subject.. If we are going to be cruel to one species of animals, hell lets treat 'em all the same.
They don't have souls..
